How much does it cost?

Prices are figured
on an individual basis.

Do you require a minimum number of guests?
|

No. We only have a
minimum charge of $50 which includes transportation to any point
within 5 miles of I-287 in Westchester County.
Beyond that our minimum is $100.00 for any location in
Westchester County.

3. |
How do we book a party or event?
|

Just call us at
(914)332-4760. We will need your name, address, phone and
fax numbers, the date and time of the event, the number of
guests, your menu, and the location of the event.
If your party is
for more than 50 quests we will prepare a formal proposal that
spells out all the details and fax or mail it to you. When
everything is agreeable, you sign the proposal, mail your check
for the $500 deposit and the party is booked.

How do we pay for your services?

Payments can be
paid by check, cash, or credit card.
|

5. |
What if it rains for an outdoor event or we have
to cancel? |
| |
For outdoor events
we suggest holding your event where you will have access to
shelter or rent a tent. The party will go ahead as planned. We
can accept a postponement at no expense with 48 hours notice.
Less than that will incur a varying percentage fee based on what
we have already purchased and will spoil. An outright
cancellation forfeits deposit. We can help you with locations
and shelter to fit your size group at a reasonable cost.
For typical indoor
business events, a similar philosophy exists, if we have already
made your party in most cases we will have to charge you, if
however you cancel before we start there is typically no cost
whatsoever.

What kind of catering
do you do? |

The Crystal Spoon provides
anything from drop-off breakfasts, lunches, and party platters to full service
parties with waiters, equipment rentals, flowers, and music. We do this
primarily for businesses and our private clients.

Where can I have my
party? |
| |
Parties may be held at any
location of your choosing. If you can dream of a location we can probably cater
there.

8. |
What if I have a favorite recipe or want to make some of my own food? |

Generally we work from our
own recipes but occasionally we will create or adapt a dish based on a client’s
recipe. Cakes are one thing you can provide although we also can arrange for beautiful and
delicious cakes ourselves.

What if I need a Sushi
Bar? Or Kosher Catering? |

Sushi Bars, Raw Bars,
Pasta Stations, Sundae Bars, Carving Stations ...these are just a few of the
special services we routinely provide. We cater parties “Kosher Style” all the
time. For truly Kosher guests we can provide Glatt Kosher food which is from an
inspected, certified Glatt Kosher caterer and arrives wrapped, ready to serve.
If your entire meal must be Kosher we sub it out to a certified Kosher caterer
and act as the coordinator on the event.
