ORDERING
We make ordering easy. We will be happy to
take and prepare your catering order specifically to your
desires. Our experienced and knowledgeable staff is always
available to assist you with menu selections and to
coordinate special requests.
A Guide to Our Menus:
Our
is primarily for typical office business meetings and includes Hot & Cold
Breakfasts, Hot & Cold Luncheons. The Hot Luncheons included are certainly
appropriate as a starting point for a business catered dinner or similar event.
Our
includes Hors
D’oeuvres, Cold Platters such as crudités and cheese boards, various Pasta or
Carvery Stations, and other Dinner Entrees suitable for a sit-down meal or
cocktail party.
You can place your
orders with any of our helpful staff, but for more specific information or
any special requests please ask for either Sean or Paul to help you.
SERVING PIECES and PAPER GOODS
All of our
Catering orders include all necessary plates,
serving utensils, napkins, cups, ice, condiments, and a
tablecloth. Our standard serving pieces include, black heavy weight disposable plastic
cutlery, aluminum tongs, black heavyweight disposable trays and bowls, and black
foam plates. However,
if your event needs a more elegant or upscale look please see
our additional Serving and Table Setting choices below for options.
ORDERING
NOTICE
We prefer
a 24 hour notice.
That being said we really need our next day orders in No Later Than 2:00 pm in order
to notify our bakeries of our needs. We are happy to accommodate orders
with less notice but cannot guarantee that our typical selection of breads will
be available.
If you must call us for
a same day order, please understand that we will do the best we can within the
constraints of what we currently have prepared and available in the store.
DELIVERY
We deliver all over Westchester County.
Our minimum delivery order is $50.00 along the I-287
corridor or anywhere within 7 miles of Tarrytown. Orders outside of this
area will typically require a $150.00 minimum. Please see the attached
Delivery Zone Map for
minimum delivery amounts.
15% DELIVERY,
SERVICE, AND SET-UP FEE
All Monday - Saturday orders incur a 15% delivery, paper
goods and set-up fee for all orders.
Off hour orders
incur a minimum 18% fee or more.
Orders outside
of Westchester County,
other delivery fees may apply.
5% of the fee goes for our delivery staff to deliver the
order to your location; 5% of the fee goes towards our staff
unpacking and completely setting up your order; and 5% goes
towards the standard disposable plates, napkins, tablecloth,
cutlery etc that we provide. To request your order
without one or all of these services please contact Sean or
Paul to discuss your options.
PAYMENT
We accept many forms of payment, including
cash, check, major credit cards and corporate accounts.
In order to set-up a corporate account please download our
Corporate Credit Application and submit it to our
catering staff at least 10 days prior to the order.

Setting Choices
In order to give your catered
event a more upscale or elegant look you have several choices in both Serving
Display Pieces as well as Table Settings and Cutlery to choose
from.
Although our standard settings is certainly appropriate in
most circumstances, in order to give you the greatest flexibility to make a
specific statement as to quality you can select from the options below:
